MailList Controller 7.0 is a newsletter system used for marketing and mailing list management. The software features a mail engine which is compatible with most of the SMTP mail servers. It supports authentication systems like SMTP/ESMTP, SSL, StartTLS, and Pop before SMTP and IIS directory mode.
A personalized HTML email newsletter can be generated using built-in WYSIWYG message editor. The message so formed is in MIME format. The editor can import html files, add inline images and file attachments. It is supported by a secure socket layer SSL. There are two modes that can be used for sending which is partial and delayed mode. Eml files are picked up by the mail server and the recipient list supports a maximum of 10,000 recipients for each of the lists.
It also features filters and subsets and a linked list which is connected to an external data source. The import capabilities supported are Ms Excel, Ms Access, and Text in csc format and ODBC. Users can make subscribers list and customized mail list for further mailing. It has the ability to make email campaign, newsletters and customer relationship management. It also supports bulk forwarding. |
